Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Sales Keyholder to act as the right hand to store leaders, driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining energy on every shift. This role is a strong first step into leadership for someone ready to take charge and model the brand's Athlete service standards.

You will lead a selling culture, recognize performance, train staff, and ensure loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in local language; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.

• Open and close the store as needed.

• Provide product information to athletes.
