Job summary

Under Armour store is seeking a Sales Keyholder to drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain high energy on the floor. This role serves as the on-the-ground bridge between associates and store leadership.

You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, manage opening/closing duties, and help meet KPI targets while embracing the brand’s athlete-first service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule; including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Can stand, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without accommodation
