Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is hiring a Sales Keyholder in Orlando to support store leaders by driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining energy on shift. You will lead by example, promote the brand’s athlete service standards, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Act as the leader on duty and model brand standards.
• Provide information on a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandise and floor sets.
• Evaluate sales and payroll goals and adjust scheduling.
