Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Part-Time Sales Keyholder to energize the floor, coach teammates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will be the right hand to store leaders, modeling the brand’s Athlete service standards, leading by example during shifts, and ensuring a high-energy, high-performance selling environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule; including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and lead a selling culture to enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates to meet targets.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Manage loss prevention, safety and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Provide in-depth information related to our product portfolio.
