Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule; including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Act as leader on duty and model brand standards.
• Provide information on a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandise standards and floor sets.
• Evaluate sales and payroll goals using payroll reports and adjust schedules.
