David's Bridal in Macon, GA is seeking a dynamic management team member to build and retain a high performing team, deliver five-star customer service, and exceed sales plans.

You will mentor, coach, and lead staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews, and drive floor leadership while ensuring inventory accuracy and superior guest experiences.

This role is part-time with a focus on delivering excellent service and achieving store goals, with competitive pay and store benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or higher; retail management experience required.
• 2–4 years in retail management in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback for a five-star customer experience.
• Monitor payroll and timesheets; help achieve Total Monthly Income goals.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs and quality standards.
• Set daily sales goals and drive action through team communications; conduct performance discussions.
