David’s Bridal in Peoria, AZ is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a dynamic Dream Maker team and deliver five-star guest experiences. You will coach, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and align staffing with monthly goals while maintaining a customer-first culture.

You will coach selling skills, manage payroll within budget, oversee inventory and orders, and drive sales excellence through engagement and feedback. Prior retail management and a High School diploma are required.

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering world-class guest service.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, and inventory with accuracy.

Responsibilities
