The role requires 2–4 years of retail management and experience with a POS system; a high school diploma or higher is expected. On-site schedule with generous benefits for eligible part-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team and coach Dream Makers for world-class service.
• Monitor payroll, manage hours, and ensure adherence to budget.
• Drive sales goals and staff performance through daily feedback and reviews.
• Maintain inventory, special orders, and reception processes.
• Foster staffing pipelines and fill openings within 30 days.
