David's Bridal Augusta is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive a high performing team and deliver world-class customer service. You will lead shifts, coach Dream Makers, manage payroll within budget, and ensure a five-star guest experience.

You will oversee inventory, special orders, and repairs, communicate goals, and build a strong bench for staffing. This role requires hospitality, leadership, and a proven track record in retail management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• 2-4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills.
• Monitor store payroll to ensure hours align with budget.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action.
• Observe performance and conduct improvement discussions.
• Assist in building staffing bench and fill open positions within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
