Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Key Holder in Fort Worth, TX. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with varying days and hours, providing customer service and assisting with store operations.

You will manage POS transactions, stock shelves, price and sort donations, and support opening/closing duties. Travel to corporate meetings or other locations is required, and the position includes benefits and be entrusted with store keys.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Ability to operate cash handling equipment and perform basic math efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Stock merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers and donors.
• Sort, categorize, price, and distribute donated and purchased goods.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and carry keys with alarm access.
