Job summary

Everything But Water's The Domain store is seeking a confident Key Holder to partner with the Store Management team. You will help create a customer-centric environment and lead by example in delivering the brand’s selling model.

This role requires 2–4 years in retail, supervisory experience, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. The company offers 401(k), merchandise discounts, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company's selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
