Job summary

Everything But Water is looking for a Key Holder at South Coast Plaza to enhance customer service through teamwork and brand standards.

This role entails partnering with Store Management to ensure shift coverage and supervising Sales Associates. Ideal candidates will possess 2-4 years of retail experience and effective customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
