Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder to partner with Store Management to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. You will supervise Sales Associates, support shift coverage, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation.

Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays. You will model the selling approach, train staff, and ensure consistent customer engagement across all touchpoints in a busy seasonal retail

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
