Job summary

Everything But Water in Hawaii is seeking a Key Holder to partner with Store Management, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards. You will support daily operations and ensure adequate shift coverage while guiding Sales Associates.

We value 2–4 years in retail, 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and availability nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for 8 hours, climb a ladder, lift 15 lb.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with business needs and shift coverage.
• Occasionally supervise Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the company's selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visuals.
• Help achieve sales goals through appropriate behavior.
