Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: role model behavior, put customers first, respond to needs; strive for excellent secret shopper scores; keep the store visually appealing and well maintained; stay aware of sales plans and contribution to results; demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers.
• Operational Responsibilities: manage workflow with planning and time management; support appropriate staffing and payroll guidance; follow company policies; assist Store Manager with maintenance and cleanliness; demonstrate clear written and verbal communication; report loss prevention to leadership; motivate and supervise staff.
• Visual, Brand And Product Management: support pricing strategies to maintain margin; execute merchandise setup per guidelines; report inventory opportunities; assist replenishment on the floor.
• People Responsibilities: uphold HR standards; hold teams accountable; manage conflicts; empower team and seek feedback; maintain confidentiality and commitments.
