Qualifications

• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Role model for customers, ensuring top priority for service and satisfaction.
• Achieves excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Keep the store visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
• Understand store sales plans and results; align actions accordingly.
• Communicate loss prevention occurrences to management and LP team.
• Support supervision and motivate staff members to meet goals.
