UNTUCKit Scottsdale seeks a results-oriented retail leader who thrives on the sales floor. You will coach a team to exceed goals, convert traffic into revenue, and elevate the customer experience through personalized styling.

You’ll own clienteling, train through UNTUCKit University style, and ensure operational standards from opening to closing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning conversations into sales, this is your role.

Formación

• Experience leading retail teams or handling keyholder duties.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence performance.
• Strong clienteling and customer-first mindset.
• High energy with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and tech tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Inspire and motivate associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Create a dynamic, energetic, and results-focused sales culture.
• Coach team members in real time to improve selling techniques and client engagement.
• Execute UNTUCKit University training and reinforce daily performance conversations.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Ensure stockroom organization supports selling efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute insights based on customer feedback and sales trends.
