Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

The Key Carrier role is an extension of the Coordinator role, with responsibilities alternating based on store needs. Key Carriers primarily perform Coordinator duties and occasionally act as Key Carriers, providing leadership in store operations. Candidates must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate exceptional customer service.

  • Create a positive customer experience both internally and externally
  • Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality within the team
  • Act as Manager on Duty, following all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure store tasks and activities align with the store plan, prioritizing as needed
  • Address customer service issues promptly and coach Associates accordingly
  • Exercise discretion in customer service policies to satisfy customers
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed by Associates
  • Execute opening and closing procedures per company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates about priorities and updates
  • Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
  • Coach, recognize, and support Associates’ development
  • Collaborate with Management on training needs to enhance team effectiveness
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
