Job summary

Kay Jewelers in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations, and participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
