Job summary

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will help train and evaluate team members and recruit staff, maintaining policies and driving a high-performance store culture.

The role requires organizing daily operations, enforcing company procedures, and leading by example to deliver excellent customer service and promote brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
