Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and modeling product knowledge and service standards.

You'll develop team skills through training and evaluation, participate in recruiting, and uphold company policies while contributing to a promotion-from-within culture. This full-time role requires reliability and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
