Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking an IT Support professional to install, troubleshoot, and maintain PC systems and related peripherals for Company retail locations. You will support POS hardware/software, networks, printers, and telecommunication equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years IT support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. No visa sponsorship accepted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required) or equivalent.
• Two years IT Support experience; Retail Technology preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in multi-system, multi-vendor environments.
• Familiar with NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair personal computer systems and related peripheral equipment.
• Support POS hardware, software, and telecommunications per guidelines.
• Maintain inventories and customer records with documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Identify issues and recommend cost-minimizing improvements.
• May train other IT staff and order/replace parts as needed.
• Determine products or services to fit customer needs.
• Contribute to system development and optimization efforts.
• Perform additional duties as required.
