Job summary

Plum Market Corporation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support stores, the office, and Foodservice locations in Farmington Hills. You will handle help desk tasks, configure devices, manage user access, and maintain numerous POS/e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with teams, MSPs, and security partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain reliable systems. A focus on guest experience and operational efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and iOS devices, printers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Familiar with enterprise networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; any experience with Intune, SharePoint, and AD is a plus.
• Ability to learn and support multiple POS and e-commerce platforms (LOC, Magento, Xenial, Toast, Square).
• Knowledge of security alert monitoring and basic incident remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues via the company help desk system; escalate as needed.
• Set up workstations and peripheral devices for Team Members.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Configure SharePoint sites and access; maintain asset records and system changes.
• Enter/maintain data in LOC Store Management Suite, Magento, Xenial, Toast, and Square.
• Support POS price maintenance and data accuracy; monitor security alerts with SOC.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve IT processes and documentation.
• Provide onsite support at Plum Market stores and satellite locations; occasional after-hours/on-call.
