Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide frontline hardware and software support across retail locations. You will work under the IT Field Support Manager and resolve issues reported from the National Operations Center and other internal teams.

You will troubleshoot WAN/LAN, install cabling, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to maintain standard configurations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support.
• Two- or four-year degree preferred; industry certifications a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests received via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist with identifying problems and providing potential resolutions.
• Coordinates with end user on behalf of other departments; meet service levels.
• Tracks issues using ticketing system; maintain documentation.
• Work with PMO/Asset Management to update hardware/software standards.
• Escalate complex problems to Staff Technician.
• Communicate potential trends and issues to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company software and hardware.
