Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Licensing in Life, Health and Accident; Series 7; Series 63/66 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss financial needs and recommend products.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail bank branches.
• Direct investment sales for licensed bankers with coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance, complete paperwork timely, and report results.
• Schedule appointments and lead client calls to drive business.
