Qualifications

• Education level: High School diploma or equivalent or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Licenses: Life, Health and Accident; Series 7; Series 63/66 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers/prospects to discuss financial needs and align products to goals.
• Lead investment sales for retail bank staff through coaching, training, and support.
• Process paperwork timely and maintain compliant investment business.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments and present solutions.
• Travel between branches for training and recognition.
