Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Retail Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory information, assist with counts, and support purchasing and administrative tasks across retail locations. The role interfaces with the Retail Director and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate reporting and replenishment.

Prior office experience and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office are required; a background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Office/clerical experience is required.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Compiles inventory information for retail items to determine replenishment needs.
• Assists with inventory counts to ensure accurate stock reporting.
• Monitors stock levels and notifies management for re-orders.
• Supports monthly/annual inventory reporting to Lodge and Corporate Finance; ensures accurate balances and accruals.
• Performs back-office tasks: purchase orders, paying invoices, tracking merchandise and costs, ordering office supplies.
• Communicates with vendors and corporate buyers; maintains reporting for damaged merchandise.
• Types memos, prints UPC tags, answers phones, sends faxes, and follows up on unpaid invoices/cost changes.
• Assists in sales: working in all retail locations, phone orders, gift bags.
• Assists with other leadership-directed tasks.

Education

Some High School education or equivalent experience
