Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to help execute and monitor store and pharmacy inventory across all departments. You will train staff on inventory SOPs, manage receiving, counting, pricing, and returns, and ensure planogram accuracy for optimal on-shelf availability.

The role also covers pricing changes, store opening/closing duties in designated stores, and supporting strong customer service through accurate inventory management and orderly stock rooms.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens retail experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Preferred: prior experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, or customer service associate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all in-store inventory processes.
• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management in designated stores, including cash handling and cashier responsibilities.
