Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishment across the store. The role partners with the sales floor, receiving teams and leadership to minimize shrink and maximize sales, while delivering strong customer service on the floor.

Responsibilities include conducting on-demand audits, generating and analyzing reports with tools like System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and DOMO, and communicating findings to store management for action.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity through on-demand and prescriptive cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory variance reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Distribute price change reports to leadership and adjust inventories as needed.
• Provide customer service on the sales floor and assist customers with product decisions.
• All other duties as assigned.
