Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to help keep store operations running smoothly by managing stock levels, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Inventory Manager to support both in-store and online sales, ensuring timely delivery of products and a high level of accuracy.

The ideal candidate enjoys numbers, is highly organized, and can engage with customers on the sales floor when needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and organizational habits.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify stock levels to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and audit inventory records for the store and online channels.
• Collaborate with Inventory Manager to ensure smooth flow of products.
• Support both in-store and online sales through accurate stock management.

Overview

As an Inventory Coordinator at Fleet Feet, you play a crucial role in keeping our store operations running smoothly. From receiving shipments to ensuring accurate stock levels, your attention to detail will directly impact the customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy behind the scenes while occasionally engaging with customers on the sales floor.

Working closely with the Inventory Manager or Operating Partner, you'll help create a seamless flow of product into and out of the store, supporting both in-store and online sales success.
