Job summary

Fleet Feet in Hanes, NC, is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to receive all product into our store POS and manage outgoing shipments. You will collaborate with vendors, process returns, and create Return Authorizations while ensuring timely stock and accurate cycle counts.

You will also assist with online order fulfillment for curbside pickup or home delivery, supporting our community-focused running brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-centric, and comfortable with MS Office;

Responsibilities

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the store point of sale system and will manage any outgoing shipments as needed. This position ensures inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. You will work with vendors to process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA). Our Inventory Coordinator will complete cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate along with assisting with stocking inventory on the sales floor. This position will work to fulfill online customer orders and get orders picked and packed for curbside pickup or home delivery. Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Strong mathematical skills required
• Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
