Fleet Feet is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock accuracy, cycle counts, and efficient backroom operations. You will coordinate with store leadership, support e‑commerce order fulfillment, and uphold inventory procedures across the sales floor and backroom areas.

• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized stockroom for quick replenishment and product availability on the sales floor.
• Fulfill e‑commerce orders with speed and precision, preparing items for shipping or curbside pickup.
• Process and manage vendor returns, including handling Return Authorizations (RAs) and coordinating logistics.
• Uphold inventory procedures to ensure product integrity and reduce shrink.
• Collaborate with store leadership to forecast inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support customers on the sales floor using the Fleet Feet outfitting process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicate professionally with staff and customers to maintain trust and clarity in operations.
