Job summary

Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Retail Experience Manager to lead store culture, support daily operations, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will energize the sales floor, coach Outfitters, manage scheduling, and guide floor leadership from the shop floor to drive performance and colleague growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Overview

As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager at Fleet Feet, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping store culture, supporting daily operations, and delivering a consistent, world-class retail experience. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to help lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support the growth and development of our Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).

This hands-on role focuses on creating an exceptional customer journey while empowering team performance through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.
