Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Assistant Retail Experience Manager to shape store culture, support daily operations, and deliver a world-class retail experience. You will energize the sales floor, collaborate with the Operating Partner, and develop Outfitters through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.

If you’re passionate about people, performance, and delivering great experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to lead from the floor and make a direct impact on our team and customers.

Overview

As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager at Fleet Feet, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping store culture, supporting daily operations, and delivering a consistent, world-class retail experience. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to help lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support the growth and development of our Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).

This hands‑on role focuses on creating an exceptional customer journey while empowering team performance through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.
