Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage product intake, POS entries, and curbside/home delivery fulfillment at our Winston-Salem store. You will coordinate with vendors, handle returns, and ensure accurate stock levels across the sales floor and online orders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Receive all products into the store POS system and manage outgoing shipments.
• Process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA).
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stocking inventory on the sales floor.
• Fulfill online orders and prepare curbside pickup or home delivery.

Responsibilities

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the store point of sale system and will manage any outgoing shipments as needed. This position ensures inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. You will work with vendors to process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA). Our Inventory Coordinator will complete cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate along with assisting with stocking inventory on the sales floor. This position will work to fulfill online customer orders and get orders picked and packed for curbside pickup or home delivery. Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Professional and timely internal and external communication
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drive
