Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and efficient processing of product transfers. The role involves maintaining compliance with state regulations and assisting with policy implementation.

You will analyze inventory variances, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with shop staff to minimize shortages and overages while upholding HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality. Flexible hours may apply in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background record check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure 100% accuracy of the store’s inventory.
• Oversee product transfers and daily processing of transfers.
• Make transfer recommendations for overages or shortages.
• Maintain inventory compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and resolve inventory issues and support corrective actions.
