Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Florida to support the General Manager in achieving 100% accuracy of store inventory. You will oversee daily product and patient transfers and recommend corrective actions for overages or shortages.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ years of age, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with various personalities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills, and discretion.
• Follows written and oral instructions.
• Professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager for 100% inventory accuracy.
• Oversee product and patient transfers daily.
• Make transfer recommendations for overages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations.
• Help implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve inventory issues.
• Complete work per company policies and procedures.
