Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, tracking inventory, and meeting KPIs while ensuring compliant, smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes patient interactions, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.

The position reports to the General Manager, offers a comprehensive benefits package, and requires strong cash handling experience and confidentiality. Evening/weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Track and manage store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Perform system adjustments and execute corrective actions.
• Cover opening/closing duties and supervise staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
