Job summary

Sora Resource Group in New York is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional to lead retail interiors drawing production, coordinate with consultants, and support construction-phase activities.

The ideal candidate will balance creative concept development with technical execution, standard in Revit and AutoCAD, and be comfortable traveling for site surveys and in hybrid in-office/remote work.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail.
• Independent, creative thinker who can manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, detail-rich project environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD for retail interiors.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with document coordination for approvals.
• Attend weekly OAC calls and review shop drawings and RFIs.
• Travel to site surveys and conduct construction site visits as needed.
• Support landlord approvals, authorities’ approvals and bidding processes.
