• 3–8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail.

• A collaborator who values client relationships and delivering coordinated documents.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail-focused drawing production across SD, DD, CD with detailed coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete construction documents for approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approvals.
• Attend virtual OAC calls, review shop drawings, and respond to RFIs during construction.
• Travel for architectural site surveys and construction site visits as needed.
• Possibly perform punch-list items at project completion.
