Responsibilities

• Lead retail-focused drawing production across SD, DD, CD.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete construction documents for landlord/authority approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination of construction documents during approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls and review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Travel to perform architectural site surveys and construction site visits.
