Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys as needed.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls; review RFIs and shop drawings.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls during construction.
• Travel to sites for construction visits and punch-list completion.
