Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience in retail-focused projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products.
• Working knowledge of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination of construction documents.
• Attend weekly OAC calls, review submittals and RFIs during construction.
• Conduct construction site visits and punch-list activities.
