Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail interiors.
• Independent, creative thinker with ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-rich project environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing and coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents for landlord and authorities' approvals.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls, review shop drawings, RFIs; respond to contractor queries.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls throughout construction.
• Travel and perform construction site visits, including punch-list at project completion.
