Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approval.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls and review RFIs and submittals.
• Attend weekly OAC calls during construction.
• Travel to construction sites for punch-list and site visits.
