The role focuses on creating concept-driven projects with strong technical execution in a hybrid New York setting. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of retail experience, excels in fast-paced, detail-rich environments, and communicates clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent, creative thinker who can work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys as needed.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete construction documents for landlord approvals and code compliance.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordinating construction documents for approvals.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls during construction and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls throughout construction.
• Travel to construction sites for site visits and punch-list at project completion.
