Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail interiors.
• Independent, creative thinker who can work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail drawing production across SD, DD, CD with detailed coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Support construction-phase activities and shop drawing reviews.
• Attend weekly OAC calls and respond to RFIs during construction.
• Travel to sites for architectural surveys and punch-list activities.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approvals.
