Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail experience.
• Independent, creative thinker, with the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• excels in fast-paced, detail-rich project environments.
• Collaborator who values client advisory relationships.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Building Codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform Architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with a focus on retail detailing and coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete construction documents for landlord approval and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Assist the Project Manager with the coordination of construction documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls during construction and review shop drawings and RFIs.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls throughout construction.
• Travel and perform construction site visits including a punch-list at project completion.
