Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Chicago, IL seeks a Business Performance Analyst to translate the IBP process into measurable business results. You will monitor BU health, identify performance leakage, and drive core strategic initiatives to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in CPG, plus proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, Nielsen, Anaplan, and Kinaxis to model scenarios and support decision making.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in CPG, food, beverage, or consumer products background.
• Experience with Excel, PowerBI, Nielsen, Anaplan, and Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

• The Monthly Health Check: consolidate IBP performance data from all BUs and identify red flags for the MBR.
• Track and report on value drivers such as Innovation Health, Promotion ROI, and Waste Reduction.
