Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to assist retail customers in person, over the phone, and by email. You will help customers select products, provide pricing and availability, and process orders with accurate scheduling of deliveries.

Responsibilities include offering material estimates, quotes for small packages, and maintaining store housekeeping and inventory control while upholding safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of sales-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of company products, pricing and estimating formulas.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email with product selection and pricing.
• Enter orders into system and schedule product delivery.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages (stairs, decks, fences, sheds).
• Support store housekeeping, inventory control and signage.
